United Kingdom:
Free UK 48H delivery (when ordered before 11am from Monday to Friday)
UK special delivery – £6 (next day delivery)

Europe:
£12 Standard Delivery – Royal Mail (3-5 working days)
Due to new regulations, you might need to pay your countries’ duties when you receive your delivery. Please make sure you’re aware of these charges. If these charges are not paid, the parcel will be returned to us and the cost of the return postage deducted from your payment.

USA and Rest of the world:
£25 Standard Delivery (5-8 working days)

Returns

If you would like to return an item please email info@fofolles.com and we will send you a return label. Returned items must be shipped back to Fofolles within 7 working days from the date the package was delivered to you.
Shipping costs incurred when returning items are your responsibility. When returning from outside of the U.K. please clearly mark the package as a return to avoid customs delays and charges. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Please remember, all items must be returned to us unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or unmodified in any way. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, still attached.
